Kamp Kearney, Peoria, IL, 2009
A free summer camp outside of Peoria open to underprivileged inner city kids from six to thirteen. I worked for six weeks as a camp counselor, taking care of the kids and running various activities, including an arts and crafts class and an acting class.

Peoria Art Guild Mentor Apprentice Program, Peoria, IL, 2007
Apprentice at MAP, a prestigious program run by the Peoria Art Guild. Each summer, the program accepts eleven artists based on their submitted portfolios, and throughout the summer these apprentices are exposed to various different mediums such as sculpture, screenprinting, and acrylic paint. These apprentices are also introduced to several local artists.

I did some graphic design work for the internet company, including logo design and illustrations for their instruction manual.
